Island Expands Presence and Offerings at CEDIA 2025
PerfTech, Inc., the creator of Island routers, will make a fourth appearance at the CEDIA show for channel AV integrators and distributors this September 4-6 in Denver. To accommodate the large number of visitors who crowded the booth last year, Island will occupy double the exhibit space of previous years and be conveniently located close to distribution partners including PowerHouse Alliance and Blackwire Designs.
In addition to a larger space, Island will feature not only its two award-winning router/firewall products—Island and Island Pro—but also present new bundling opportunities with two well-known vendors in home and small business networking. LeGrand’s Luxul and Intellinet Solutions have each created separate bundle packages targeted to their respective customer markets. Luxul pairs their Wi-Fi 6 access points and SW series switches with an Island or Island Pro router to offer a total network package. Intellinet Solutions pairs a line of their PoE switches with the appropriate Island to offer an enterprise-grade router and switch combination geared for performance and security. Both vendor-specific bundles are offered with promotional pricing from distributors who carry the respective component brands.

Island Router Family Selected by Luxul to Offer Premium Network Bundle via Distribution
PerfTech, creator of Island® wired routers, has entered a partnership with Luxul, a Legrand AV brand, to offer an enterprise-class network package geared for high-traffic home and small business markets. Luxul will supply Wi-Fi 6 access points and a managed switch selected from its SW series, while PerfTech supplies its award-winning Island or Island Pro router to complete the bundle. The Island Pro router and Luxul switches offer multi-gig Internet connections to ensure high-speed, high-capacity, and secure network operation. The customized bundles launched July 1 with promotional pricing through September 30 and are available to professional integrators via channel distributors who carry both brands.
Luxul began a trial of Island routers in September of 2024 to evaluate synergies and compatibilities with its own components, with the goal of putting together a premium network bundle. “Island Pro and Island deliver the performance, security, and simplicity to complement Luxul’s networking products for our mutual distributors and channel partners,” stated Alex Weaver, Luxul’s VP of US Distribution Sales.
